Problems With The Valve Hammer

So this post is very different from my other posts... And I have a confession, I use a Mac to play. Now make fun of me as much as you want but its really not that bad. Why I'm even righting this blog here is because I have a problem with the Valve Hammer, it's that I can't even use it. Now this really annoys me, and it does to many other Linux and Mac users all over the internet. The fact that valve (the creators of steam and role models of many companies) will make a software that is Windows only. I'm guessing this is either because most of the computers out there run on Windows, or because his buddy Bill Gate is the owner of Microsoft. This is not supposed to offend Valve, this is to show them the perspective of one of their customers that can't use their software. And some may just get Wine, but you have to realize that those emulators take up the space of an entire PC. And I really don't have enough space for that, so Valve, me and many other users of your products want to expand on their gaming experience but you're limiting them, and maybe even driving some away from Steam and going to console. So please, expand the compatibility of your Apps (Dota 2, Hammer, HLDS, etc.)
